# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • No cooking required, which means you can prep these while your coffee brews and still make it out the door on time.
  • The chia seeds add an almost magical thickness that makes this feel indulgent despite being genuinely nutritious.
  • You get that jammy raspberry layer that tastes like you put way more effort in than you actually did.
02 -
  • The chia seeds need liquid to work their magic—don't skip adding them to water or they'll stay hard and gritty, which is genuinely unpleasant.
  • Stir these gently in the morning instead of aggressively mixing, or you'll lose those beautiful layers and the texture becomes too uniform.
03 -
  • If your overnight oats seem too thick in the morning, add a splash more milk and stir—they'll loosen up immediately.
  • Make extra chia seed mixture and store it separately so you can customize different jars for different flavor preferences throughout the week.
