# Directions:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl or large jar, combine rolled oats, unsweetened milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until well blended.
02 - Cover the container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight, allowing the oats and chia seeds to fully absorb the liquid and develop proper texture.
