# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You can tweak the sweetness and tang for your mood without ever risking a bland sip.
  • It's my go-to when I want everyone to think I'm serving a spa day in a glass, even though it took less than ten minutes.
02 -
  • Blending in the ice makes the drink so cold, but skimping on straining once left me with a pulpy mess.
  • Letting the mix sit too long mutes the mint – I've made that mistake and now always serve it right away.
03 -
  • Use a really fine mesh sieve for straining; it makes the texture silky rather than gritty.
  • Chilling your glasses beforehand is my little secret trick for an extra frosty experience.
